January 9th lesson

Dear students, Today you will prepare your final presentation, which is about Japanese life or culture. You should narrow your topic, do some research, be new and interesting, and think critically and express an opinion about your subject. Your presentation should be over five minutes and you will give your speech alone. This presentation will be worth twenty points. The order of the speeches will be randomized on January 18th, so you should all be ready to deliver your speech on this day. Kind regards, Chris Elvin

Dear students, Some of you have been coming to class late, partly because of train delays. If possible, please leave home earlier than usual to anticipate such a delay.
